Illuminations offers evaluations for children in first grade through 16 years
Getting Started
A consultation by phone or virtually is required prior to any evaluation. The cost of the consultation will be waived if an evaluation is completed with Illuminations. Information related to the student's educational and medical background will be needed as an essential part of the comprehensive evaluation.

Most direct testing sessions range in length from 3-4 hours, and are typically completed in one session although a second session may be needed.

Consultation - $50

Up to a one-hour consultation to discuss academic concerns, and provide information on evaluation options

A Consultation also includes the following situations: reviewing previously completed evaluations for additional recommendations, or completing additional documentation outside of an evaluation.
Comprehensive Educational Evaluation - $1,100

Intelligence testing in basic psychological processing areas appropriate, such as processing speed, visual processing, auditory processing skills, phonological processing skills, comprehension-knowledge, retrieval speed, fluid reasoning, working memory​​

Achievement testing in all academic areas of concern based on provided data

Comprehensive written report with personalized recommendations for interventions
Dysgraphia added to Comprehensive Evaluation - $300

Dysgraphia testing can be included as part of a comprehensive evaluation at an additional cost
IQ Testing - $750

Testing for Full Scale Intelligence Quotient and a written report to summarize findings
